When it is time to start your project, you must be available for daily communication and have your homework completed. Homework includes having all your ideas/thoughts/wants/desires ready to be sent to us along with the questionnaire. If you are not ready when your project is due to begin, please let us know and we will reschedule you.
Web Design packages (that include graphic design) are paid as 50% prior to beginning the project and the final 50% is due once the graphic and layout design is final and approved by you.
All other projects are paid in full prior to beginning.
Once a project has been paid for and started (including any graphic design or coding) - the deposit/payment is non refundable.
Any project that has not been paid in full remains property of Posh Daisy and cannot be used until paid in full.
Once a project is paid in full, you become the owner of the site and graphics.
Hosting renewal fees should be paid 30 days prior to the expiration date in order to avoid any interruptions in hosting service. Any hosting accounts past due will result in the hosting account being suspended. Additional fees may apply to renew the hosting account.
