The process begins when you first make contact with us. We will respond to you promptly the first time you contact as well as everytime after that - even after your site goes live!
We will answer any questions you have through email or even set up a conference call to discuss your needs.
Once you choose Posh Daisy to design your custom website, we get you added to our wait list, there is a $100 non refundable deposit collected at this time. The $100 is credited towards the package price when project begins. With this payment you will receive all your homework.
Before we begin your design, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit collected. This is when the design process begins. Within a couple days (usually a day or two) you will receive either logo design drafts, or even more detailed page designs or splash page design mock ups. With that, we make changes, additions, etc based on your thoughts. This way you get to be involved every step of the way and the end result is the perfect website for you!
The design process continues on the logo, splash page (if applicable) and website layout and look. Unlimited revisions are made to your design until you are 100% happy with everything!
Once you give us your final approval on the design, we move into the next phase of the process and start coding and installing your website. This step usually only takes a couple days, with some more custom layouts this step can take a little longer. This is when the final half payment is due in full - prior to beginning this phase.
Once the site is up and going, we get you into the admin area to start entering your content in. We continue customizing and working on your site while you are as well. We are also available to help you with any questions you have or help you need and will even set up conference calls to walk you through all of this. Some clients choose to have us do all the content input as well which is an add-on option.
Once you start getting most of your content and products into the site we finish up the final details with you and get your website live as soon as you give us the "green light".
So that is the basic design process in a nutshell :-) of course not all designs or sites follow the exact same path, but rest assured no matter what direction your needs will take us, you will always get A+ customer service from us as well as speedy responses and updates all along the way.
